Open the Database Migration Services (DMS) service. Go to Services, Database Migration Services.
In the navigation pane, click Endpoints, then select Create endpoint.
Endpoint type: Source endpoint.
In Endpoint configuration:
The IP address above in the field Server name is only an example. Your IP address may be different. Use the IP address that you wrote down in step 1
Expand Test endpoint connection. Select:
After the sucessful status, click on Create endpoint
In the navigation pane, click Endpoints, then select Create endpoint.
Select Endpoint type: Target endpoint.
Check box Select RDS DB instance and select the RDS Instance: mid-ofbiz-instance-1.
In Endpoint configuration:
All other settings can be used as the default values.
Expand Test endpoint connection. Select:
After the sucessful status, click on Create endpoint
In the navigation pane, click Endpoints. Check if you have the following Types and Engines. You should have 4 Sources and 4 Targets, in a total of 8 endpoints:
